The Carillon Room, accommodates up to 180 guests banquet style. The Stage Conferencing Centre’s Meeting Room Four will seat 30 guest's theatre presentation or 20 classroom style. Meeting Room Three comfortably fits 20 guest's theatre style or U-shape. The accommodation is set around the village green for your enjoyment. You are welcome to take your shoes off and feel some grass in between your toes or grab a coffee and relax on the grass anytime. The village also has a number of courtyards with palm trees and contemporary landscaping where you can take some time out and relax outdoors The village has the facilities to run outdoor movies for your group to enjoy. It’s the best way to end your group’s busy day, have some fun, ice cream, pop corn and a good laugh under the stars. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with your enquiry. These areas are shared by all guests and can also be made available for private functions. Shared spaces are ideal for registrations or a chill out area where groups can get together to watch a movie, play games, conduct group activities or relax with a book and a cup of coffee. Located on level two of the conference centre the Carillon Gallery overlooks the village with large trees. This room displays some lovely modern artworks. This pre-function area is ideal for morning and afternoon tea or a networking lunch. This ultra trendy café which serves a wide range of eat in and takeaway meals such as pizza, steaks, burgers and salads complimented with a freshly squeezed juice or a glass of pinot. It is also a perfect venue for a piece of cake and coffee whist soaking up the ultra cool surrounds that Newtown has to offer. The Well is the village bar and offers a relaxed place for dining, drinking and socialising with guests and friends. The Well has cable TV, a pool table, and sleek modern screens placed around the venue for music, TV, video display and surround sound. Outdoor BBQs can be arranged in our superb courtyard for your group upon request. Our huge grill set inside the bar/ restaurant with large glass concertina doors opens up onto the courtyard. You can arrange to cook your own BBQ or have our chefs cook you up a storm and show you a few tips! We have set menus or can customise a menu for your group. The village has a general store where you can purchase all kinds of perishables, from sweets, to fresh healthy snacks, and food to go. They also stock basic groceries and local newspapers, magazines and phone cards if you need to call home. The village has a beautiful courtyard furnished with day beds to enjoy the sun over lunch from the café on site. The contemporary open space is also beautifully illuminated by night with our hanging green pod lights, perfect for a cocktail and pizza under the stars, ideal for groups or those wishing to take time out. The Business Centre is equipped with a variety of technology and has computers set up in an ergonomically sound environment for your enjoyment. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is accessible by security access to all village guests upon request. Broadband Internet can be accessed from most of the village rooms or from the on-site Business centre. The village staff will assist you with all your internet requirements.
